<p><h3>IT Project Manager</h3><p>Job Title: IT - IT Project Manager - Intermediate</p><p>Start/End Dates: 2026-01-26 - 2026-03-25</p><p>Location: Toronto, near Union Station and TTC</p><p>Office Location: 81 Bay Street, downtown Toronto</p><p>Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days a week on-site, along with one Friday a month</p><p>Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday</p><p>Target rate: $80-90/hr on B2B</p><p>Team Size: 6</p><p>Reason the Role is Open: Backfill a recently vacated position</p><h3>Project Details</h3><p>Focus: Setting up Data Management/Data Governance with MS Purview Tool. Implementation of Purview SaaS. Resource not expected to know Purview, expected to use Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project).</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Program and Project Management: Leverage deep understanding of Program and Project management principles including project status, schedule and change request management; work with leads from business and technology to drive closure of identified Line of Business deficiencies; support status reporting at various levels; assist with financials; facilitate team and executive meetings; build meeting materials and provide post meeting support; maintain and update delivery roadmaps; track progress on key milestones; maintain and update defect tracker with incoming tickets, escalation of unresolved issues, coordination with tech and third party vendor for resolution.</li><li>Financial Management: Collaborate effectively with leads to gather inputs, develop financial forecasts, analyze variances and accruals, and create executive level financial reports.</li><li>Communication: Develop compelling presentation materials to report Program status and support executive discussion and decision making; participate and/or facilitate meetings where required including executive and third party vendor.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with Line of Business teams to achieve common goal and deliverables and milestones.</li><li>Program Closure and Transition: Develop transition plan for the business to manage once program closes, including build of new processes and activities; assist with the closure of the program ensuring all required documents are in place and no audit gaps.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>10+ Years IT Project Management Experience</li><li>3-5 Years Program Management Experience</li><li>Proven track record of implementing Technology Solutions</li><li>Minimum 5–7 years experience</li><li>Nice to have: Previous project experience related to Data Management/Governance</li><li>Nice to have: Previous CIBC Experience</li></ul><h3>Contact & Application Deadline</h3><p>Application deadline: Close on Jan 12 @ 10am</p></p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
