<p>Kofax Contractor<br><br>Location: Remote<br>Status: Contractor<br>Compensation Range: CAD $45.00- $55.00 per hr</p><p>VersaFile Inc. is a Vancouver-based technology services and software company providing intelligent content and process automation solutions. Our purpose is to generate outcomes that make a difference by making our solutions easy, highly functional and quick to value. </p><p>We are seeking an Kofax Technical Specialist with deep capture and capture workflow experience. This dynamic individual will need to work well in teams, is independently responsible and most importantly is inventive while meeting the job requirements outlined below.</p><p>As a Kofax Technical Specialist, you will work on advanced capture projects and service engagements for our clients. These project and service engagements should be delivered effectively, profitably, on time and budget, and with maximum client satisfaction. You will design and implement advanced capture solutions. You will be someone who has strong communication, business, system understanding, design and development skills.</p><p>Primary Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Subject matter expert in Kofax Total Agility Software<br></li><li>Perform the architectural design, development, customization and integration efforts of enterprise solutions and upgrades</li><li>Subject matter expert on service level offerings such as capture and capture workflow best practices</li><li>Perform detailed business requirements gathering, technical architecture and design of custom solutions and applications</li><li>Continued training in new, related capabilities and areas, including development.</li><li>Ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction</li><li>Assist with estimates for Sales<br></li></ul><p>Key Attributes and Qualifications</p><ul><li>4+ years of experience solution design, install, implementation, testing & supporting Kofax </li><li>Experience troubleshooting Kofax application and technical issues and providing recommendations and solutions</li><li>Experience leading & communicating with different users at all levels<br><br></li><li>Proactive and solutions driven</li><li>Ability to work to tight deadlines<br><br></li><li>Experience building and deploying solutions in HA production environments.</li><li>Kofax Capture, KTM or KTA</li><li>IBM Case Manager</li><li>IBM Content Manager (CM8)</li><li>IBM Websphere Application Server</li></ul><p>To Apply:  </p><ul><li>Please submit your Cover Letter and Resume <br></li></ul><p>VersaFile's core purpose is to deliver solutions for clients that make a difference.  To make a difference, we need people from all walks of life.  By the way, we genuinely care about people and it is embedded into who we are.  For us, equity and inclusion are a natural part of our culture and purpose.
