<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive <strong>Project Coordinator</strong> to support the successful delivery of products and project milestones of varying size and complexity. This role plays a key part in the project lifecycle and will work closely with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and external partners. The position reports directly to senior operational leadership.</p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li><p>Serve as the primary customer contact following the sales handoff.</p></li><li><p>Communicate with customers at all key project milestones to ensure clarity and alignment.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate closely with manufacturers and ensure accountability for project deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Support and resolve critical issues that arise during the installation phase in collaboration with the customer and sales team.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate subcontractor start-up activities and onsite service work.</p></li><li><p>Manage freight logisticsincluding costs, delivery timelines, and site requirements.</p></li><li><p>Oversee warranty files, including assessment, documentation, and negotiation.</p></li><li><p>Develop strong product knowledge across all solutions provided by the company.</p></li></ul><strong>Experience & Qualifications</strong><ul><li><p>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</p></li><li><p>Advanced computer proficiency.</p></li><li><p>Post-secondary degree or diploma is an asset.</p></li><li><p>Experience in logistics coordination required.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of HVAC or related technical industries is an asset (but not mandatory).</p></li></ul></p></p>
